Butterscotch, green apple, vegetal, woody notes. Medicinal peat smoke.

Cake batter and white fruit on the nose. Vanilla with burnt cedar.

Smells sweet kind of like wine. Rich oaky and buttery notes. Light like sea air with fresh pears. Follows up with the taste of butter cookies. Smooth and subtle.

Golden color, clear, with high viscosity. Nose is delicate, with no smoke, and aromas of honey, butter scotch, raisins, vanilla, and dried fruit. Palate is rich and round, dominated by sweetness, with full body, and a creamy, velvety texture. Finish is rather short, but very pleasant and light, with a hint of meadow flowers. Doesn't need water as it's fully opened right out of the bottle. Overall, an excellent expression of a very fine brand.
