Tasting Notes
"While there is peat smoke present throughout, the whisky allows for other notes to shine like lemon peel, floral honey, and almonds. Sweet bacon smoke and nutty barley also appear on the nose. It's tight at this proof on the palate, but do try to endure it at least initially. Sweet vanilla and toasted grains are also revealed as you taste. The finish is of medium-plus length and honeyed smoke stays with you. "
