Tasting Notes
"The aroma is fairly standard with vanilla, caramel, and grains -- particularly cereal with almonds and when water is added, the sweet corn notes shine a bit more. The barrel spices add some dimension to it all. It's a bit tight and closed off without added water, but pleasant nonetheless. The water helps to smooth out the rough edges on the otherwise mildly astringent finish. "
