Nose — cherry, then vanilla and a bite of ethanol.
Taste — cherry, vanilla, burnt sugar. Very cherry forward.
Finish — medium. More cherry then char and oak.
Medium mouth feel. Quite good!

Nose: peanuts, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, maple. Not a very strong or complex smell.
Taste: peanuts, cherry, fig, raisin, cinnamon, glazed donut
A standard bourbon. Nothing too special but not bad either
Nose - Oak, red fruit, plum, brown sugar, overall nose gives me strong pinot noir notes
Taste - Strong oak notes, not as sweet as it smells, some red fruit, some burn but not too hot. Drinks like a rye - think of a slightly sweeter Sagamore Rye Double Oak with a much higher proof.

I was really excited when I found one last bottle of Old Ezra at my local grocery store. This is a recently in vogue bourbon and has all but disappeared.
Well, now I know what it feels like to be a beaver. Oak, oak, and more oak. I gave this several months to open up, but the flavor improved only slightly. This bottle tastes like an experiment in home aging gone awry.
