Old Forester 1897 Bottled In Bond

All the noted. Strong “old” flavor which is missing in the run of the mill bourbon.

It’s an Old Forester. Very nice and would not turn down. Classic bourbon and would say a bit more rounded than OF100. Would like to SxS the two. Nose and taste that vanilla and caramel…don’t get any OF banana however. Enjoyed.

Nose - sugary, hint of cherry, bright and refreshing Palette - oak, caramel, creme brulee/dessert, this does have a quick bite/burn to it Finish - very mild/short Good nose and flavors, but wish the finish was better.

My least favorite of my 11 bourbons. I keep making cocktails with it just to get rid of the bottle to make room for something else.
