Tasting Notes
"The nose is a swirl of sweet bing cherries, clove, pine needle, marshmallow and a hint of leather. The palate is a rich mixture of caramel toffee, cherry cola, bitter chocolate, and roasted cashews. The richness is tempered by a heat akin to red hot cinnamon candies and a slight bitterness into the finish. This is a big, bold bourbon that would benefit from serving with a rock or two to temper the heat and bitterness, and draw out the fruit, spice, and richer tones. "
