Nose - sweet, spice, banana Palate - smooth, sweet, banana, creamy, spicy on the back end

Nose - Lots of sweet sweet spice. Banana praline, cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, Palate - Heavy sweet bitter. Sweet vanilla with loads of cinnamon, oak and pepper. Finish - Lots of bitter oak and little banana, its nice but wish finish followed the nose more directly.

Traditinal bourbon flavors with more complexity. Herbaceous nose. Sweet carmel on palate. Medium to long finish.

Sweet and spicy, banana with a touch of char, vanilla bean and honey notes and cherry notes before oaky vanilla.

Rich, great full finish, maple and brown sugar
