Old Forester 100 Proof Bourbon

First bottle I bought after Stryker was born. A little disappointing - I like the 86 proof and the 1920 barrel proof. This one is just a bit lacking

Neat: Nose-vanilla, oak, dried cherries, Carmel, Palate-oak, vanilla, cereal, mint, With 1 cube: Nose-the cube really brings out the sugar, vanilla, oak and Carmel still strong Palate-vanilla, apple, carmel, baking spices, banana. I really enjoyed this pour and for the price it’s hard to beat.

Great for making old fashion cocktail

Starts off kind of bubblegum fruity sweet and finishes with more pepper, spice, licorice and a bit of cherry. Nice long finish too
