Reviewed October 24, 2024Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon, slight ethanol and on a second bout....well done, but not burnt, cast iron corn bread! Palate: moderate body, caramel, hint of vanilla, the cornbread is here but more subdued . Finish is decently long, but i would expect more.41.99 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed August 14, 2022Nose: not surprisingly for such a young expression, mostly ethanol. Hints of cinnamon and nutmeg which expand Palate: cinnamon forward, with spice turning quickly to sweeter notes Finish: very “smooth” - quite a short finish with sugary, caramel notes predominately Not a bad pour at all for 2-year old, sub-$30 bourbon, this is my first and only West Fork taste thus far, and it’s good enough for me to see what else they have to offer27.99 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed January 30, 2022 (edited August 14, 2022)Vanilla and oak notes with some fruit (slight citrus, red fruit) on the nose. Not offensive on the palate with vanilla and oak tones. Finish is subtle. -

Reviewed November 5, 2020 (edited August 14, 2022)Not bad for a 2 year bourbon. Sweet with a little spice. Not overly hot for the proof. Smooth. Not much going on in the nose or palate. A little vanilla but it finishes quickly. Pretty thin. Overall a decent pour.
