Tasting Notes
"Upon nosing, astringency is non-existent, and the aroma is filled with fruit, both actual and artificial: canned cling-peaches, banana candy, and Fuji and Granny Smith apples. Under the fruit there is a hint of musty funkiness. The entry is a tad hot with pepper and cinnamon, but the heat quickly fades and gives way to the apple and banana. The mouthfeel is very thin and watery, and the finish quite short with a hint of bitterness. Subsequent sips provide some hard candy flavors including toffee, butterscotch and cherry. Thin and fruity, this rum simply is not worth the price."
