Tasting Notes
"The gin has a pleasing pale gold color and immediately shows intense aromas of juniper, sweet oak, and exotic spice. When tried neat, the spirit has a very powerful kick from its elevated ABV and boasts a long, spicy finish. An ice cube or three certainly helps to temper some of the perceived heat, but going a step further and adding at least an even part sweet vermouth and dashes of bitters and maraschino liqueur to create a very delicious Martinez cocktail will do even better."
