Tasting Notes
"The finish makes it difficult to recognize this as whiskey. Hot fumes of walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, and very dark chocolate lead to an initial hypothesis of rum or brandy. The alcohol doesn’t fade so don’t take a deep whiff. The palate is an unorganized Christmas tin of molasses candy, rum cookies, and bitter eucalyptus on the finish. Hot toddy anyone?"
