Reviewed August 7, 2024 (edited August 8, 2024)I bought this a long time ago and forgot to review back then and today when I found the bottle I had to do a quick review. The nose is classic bourbon notes with some oak and vanilla being the most dominate. The body is light and sweet with the oak smoothing out and the vanilla and caramel moving up to the front. The finish is a little short but there is no bitterness or negative tastes. It make a solid Old Fashioned but only a marginal Manhattan. Overall, it is good but not great I do like the fact that it is from a small distillery in NC and has a classic looking bottle I think a few more point of proof would be great. Enjoy.30.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed September 3, 2019 (edited August 8, 2024)This is the re-labeled “Old Nick” Bourbon (due to a lawsuit from the vultures who poached the Old St Nick trademark from the dustbin and then got caught in the college admittance scandal). My original “Old Nick” review follows... Made in NC from a wheated mash bill. You get typical corn sweetness, butterscotch, caramel, lots of oak. Thick and clingy mouthfeel. This is surprisingly good considering the age. You can tell that this is young, but every batch gets better. The quality is definitely there.30.0 USD per BottleOld Nick Williams Co. Farm & Distillery
