Tasting Notes

"A tame, round, and almost brandy-like aroma wisps up from the glass with some grape and dark berry fruits along with caramelized sugar. On the palate, there's a huge, zesty unmistakable spice that comes from a wheat mashbill. Struggling to compete are softer flavors of cherry, brown sugar, and plum. Other than being overall a bit disjointed, a fine wheat offering. "
