Tasting Notes
"The single malt component of this unique blend comes through strongly on the aroma with a sweet cereal note. On the palate, however, this whiskey is clearly something different. Notes of cayenne pepper, lemon oil, and green herbs such as sage show up alongside the vanilla of the oak, taking this whiskey in a unique direction. It's unlike most anything else on the market, and beer or whiskey lovers curious to see how pilsner and stout work together in distilled form will find it worth a try. It walks the line of being unorthodox while also enjoyable, though buyers seeking more traditional single malt flavors may want to look elsewhere."
