The whiskey is distilled from a mash of corn, wheat, malted barley, and 21% rye. The distilled spirit is aged for around two years in new French oak barrels.
Other WhiskeyA spirit distilled from a mash of grain(s) at less than 95% ABV, bottled at no less than 40% ABV. The product must have characteristics, taste, and aroma generally attributed to whiskey
Cask Typenew French Oak
"It isn't often you can say a whiskey tastes like Double Bubble bubble gum, but this one hits you with that bright candy scent out of the gate. After that dissipates, the malted barley takes its time to shine. There's an almost candied grape flavor to the whiskey itself, helped along by the French oak. Also present are white pepper, honey, and a dab of mint."
