Tasting Notes
"The nose begins with macerated grapefruit peels made for oleo saccharum, followed by white pepper, molasses, and a strong herbal-green character, with epazote, parsley, and celery seeds. The palate offers fresh oranges, lemon zest, and agave syrup, with grilled pineapples, clover honey, and violets. The finish is short and citrusy, with coriander and cocoa powder. "
