Over rated. Not nearly as good as an Old Forester BB which I also tasted the same night.

Carmel nose and flavor swiftly moving to a sharp burn than tapers quickly, but leaves a hint of smoke behind. Sophisticated, like a game of chess in a winter cabin.

Caramel bomb with apricot and pepper. Wife says, “damn, it’s just good. You have permission to acquire a bottle.”
