Pasote Tequila Añejo is aged for 18 months in barrels previously used to mature bourbon. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

"Pasote Tequila Añejo is a simple treat. The aromas are muted agave, vanilla, caramel, baking spices, Mexican chocolate, and marshmallow. The flavors are a fun sip that is calm and easy. With time the flavors and aromas open to show a bit more spice and warmth. This is a charming and authentic añejo that is easy to enjoy."
