Tasting Notes
"The aroma is a mix of fresh and dried herbs, toasted oak, and toasted nuts. The body is medium light with oak spices, a bit of vanilla and Mexican chocolate and a moderate amount of cooked agave. The finish leans more bittersweet with the oak tannins drying out the tasting experience presenting more of the barrel spices. Would say this leans more reposado flavor wise so mixing isn't out of the question. Fine as a sipper if you're not looking for a plush sweet ending. "
