Reviewed February 1, 2023Very complex nose with fruits and vanilla and honey. This is a very smooth Irish whiskey. You can taste multiple fruits and it hase a lingering pleasant taste in the mouth and goes down very smoothly. -

Reviewed January 4, 2023You are greeted by the aroma of honey bee! .. followed by aromas of jasmine and sweet orange citrus! .. In the mouth: the honey continues, accompanied by cherry, and sweet citrus, persistent caramels! .. A medium to long retro taste... with citrus astringents and the bitterness of salt!... I was surprised by the amount of flavors and smells!... very tasty!... really recommended!!.90.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed September 8, 2022 (edited February 1, 2023)Tasted at a Dan Murphys whisky event, 15 ml pour and quite a distracting environment, but some brief notes here that give an idea of whats in this bottle. N: soft wood, sweet vanilla, stone fruit. Maybe some honied pear. A little simple. But nice enough. P: OK. This was odd. iN my distraction I had to do a double take, I thought I was drinking wine. Similar in many ways to a cross between a wooded chardonnay and an SSB. Winey, slightly astringent gooseberry; big oak and a butterscotch sweetness. Creamy mouthfeel. Soft and perfectly acceptable. F: Short. Buttery, again like a wooded chardonnay. Some slight tannins and a little spice. Odd. Very wine like with SSB and Chardonnay flavours. Interesting and surprising for an Irish. Pleasantly unexpected. Simple, but well delivered. And whilst nothing wrong with it, I wouldn't buy a bottle or choose to have again. Distiller whisky taste #66118.0 AUD per Bottle -

Reviewed February 1, 2022 (edited February 23, 2022)The glass is different what you can find here. Actually it is almost the same as 5yo single malt but this is 12yo single malt:) This is a exceptional whisky with full, fruit, sweet vanilla in your nose. But if you have good nose you can identify all what is listed on the glass. So it’s really playing with your senses:) When you start to taste, next to the fruit, immediately comes the nice taste of malted barley (I really love whiskys where this is intensive) and the light smoke of bourbon barrels and the spicy herbs. I do love this. Especially because of the long finish. This won’t disappear from your tongue in a few minute. So let yourself to enjoy all small sips;) don’t rush with that.
