Subtle honey snd floral nose; mostly fresh stone fruit, like nectarine, vanilla, and oak; dhort finish of stone fruit, oak, and a little anise; thin; medium heat; similar to a highland scotch; pretty good, but probably not worth the cost

Nose- interesting, very different than most Irish Body- earthy, taste of pepper orns without the spice Finish- earthy and savory notes of leather and oil
