Reviewed September 23, 2020 (edited November 18, 2020)Nose: Sweet, warm vanilla like the bottom layer of a cake. Palate: Fruity, cherries on top of a vanilla cake, it’s sweet and well balanced, full of flavor. The oak barrel is long and smooth and rides our slowly adding dimension. Finish: The sweetness on the front hang out with the oak on the end, riding out towards the sunset in unison.59.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed September 2, 2020 (edited August 15, 2021)It’s better than the Rye I wasted $100+ beans on, but it is just average juice at best. The only thing I can say is that it is as if it has its own flavor profile, which is nice. Meaning it doesn’t remind me of any other bourbons. Another thing, is that dill I am picking up on the back end??? Does anyone else pick that up or am I way off base. It’s probably just me. Either way, I will keep the bottle as a trophy in the garage and not spend another $65 on the liquid in it in the future. -
