Distilled by Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. in Louisville, these Single Barrel selections are made using the distillery's signature sweet mash process like the other whiskeys in its portfolio. Each one is bottled without any chill-filtration at barrel proof (listed on each bottle) along with other identifying information such as barrel number and age. Sometimes retailers, bars or other groups will purchase an entire single barrel so their information will be listed as well. Expect proof and flavor variations to occur among the barrels as is the nature of such releases.
