You could sip it over ice, mix with OJ or lemonade or blend into a simple marguerita with the juice of a lime or so and dissolved sugar...it's just what a good mescal should be...luxurious cactus sweets with a hint of charcoal lurking underneath. Had it been aged then maybe it would have been a bit more mellow and complex, but for this price you can not beat it
