Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".

Tasting Notes
"The somewhat bitter and peppery flavors of the blanco carry through, but now tempered with tropical fruits, vanilla and sweeter spices. Light caramel, toasted sesame and oak emerge with further sipping. Ends spicy and earthy, with a hint of alcoholic burn. Perhaps not the greatest sipping reposado due to its bitterness, but a solid value for cocktails calling for deeper oak flavors."
