N alcohol, apple, P Fruit apple, sugar Finish cinnamon, sugar, light Too simple/ one dimensional for me.

Tasty for young juice. Has a solid foundation. Curious to see how it tastes in 5 or 10 years.

Spicy smoke herbal aroma. Smoke herbal flav.

The fruitiness reminds me of Green Spot but without the single pot still creaminess. When you learn where the peat comes from it makes perfect sense…it’s understated (more of a seasoning than a main ingredient). I don’t usually think of whiskey as being refreshing, but this is. Nice afternoon pick-me-up.

Very good! Interesting nose with notes of banana without being too sweet. Would love to try again
