"While there is a presence of classic fruit and spice aromas and flavors, this whisky has a pervasive acetone presence. It is rather light-bodied for a mature sipping whisky, and is much better suited for mixing in highballs or other cocktails where a less rich base is needed. The finish is drying, with some spice coating the tongue. "
