Pendleton Midnight Canadian Whisky

Deep, caramelly taste then a bit all over the place like a bucking bronco. I enjoyed this and would drink it on its own but it would be fine in sonething too.

Very solid floral and honey flavors, but ethanol bite cuts against the positive aspects of the spirit.

Neat: Fruity, apples, vanilla, spicy. Decent

Nose: fruity. Hard to get something conclusive in this cup. My palate is also shot cause this is a party lol. Caramel, plum, weirdly getting a malt note. Palate: brandy notes coming through here well, a bit of rye spice. A little syrupy. Finish: a little woody

Aroma is syrupy sweet, with hints of vanilla and maple. Flavor is sticky sweet, like a cloying sugar bomb with a very vanilla extract type character. This for sure needs mixing down to make it palatable.

Smell: orange, sweet, slight. Taste: oak, sweet, fruit, light burn
