Penelope Toasted Barrel Strength Bourbon (Char 1, Toast Heavy)

Sweet toasted notes with caramel finish

Nice and spiced, didnt get too much of the toasted notes

its a good proof for the toasted barrel strength bottle. I found notes of honey and vanilla with a smokey finish. I do not think its my favorite penelope, but it was less sweet and fruity than my other picks. I did like this bourbon. Second taste: great flavor for a toasted. choice flavor

Dark flavor notes, very smooth finish

Nose: Heavy Chocolate and Spice. Palate: Toasty, Caramel, and Cinnamon with a long finish.
