Penelope Toasted Barrel Strength Rye (Char 3, Heavy Toast)

Almost completely different than Penelope Architect. Intense flavor is almost a shock to the pallete. Worth comparing but not worth getting on its own.

Strong toasted oak flavor. Some isopropyl alcohol as well.

Smells oaky, charred, spicy. Tastes very oaky a little hot and some spices. As it sits in the glass some sweetness comes out, and so does cherries!
