Pinhook Bourbondini

Smooth drinking, good flavor and mellow on the bit le even at 100proof

Color is light. Nose is strong, with heavy notes of fruit (orange and cherry) maybe some fig newton and young grain. Its young but not terribly noticable. Definitely sweet, i can see the honey note. Shorter or medium finish. Nice, first try at the pinhook line

Blind tasted this along with Johnny Drum and Whistlepig. This ranked #2 in my mind. Little order, spicey at first. After an ice cube the sweetness exploded.
