The nose is sweet with notes of vanilla, toasted coconut, baking spices and apple pie. The palate is warm and buttery with a similar profile as the nose, but with the addition of fruity notes like peaches and banana, creme brûlée and a bit of oak. The finish is loads of toasted coconut upfront then followed by some bitterness reminiscent of the skin of a plum.
