Tasting Notes
"This "autumn edition" from Port Askaig is appropriately rich and round, likely thanks to contributions from the sherry casks used in the blend. The gentle smoke of the peat is balanced by notes of marzipan, vanilla, and sea salt, leading to lingering hints of peat and brown sugar. The whisky may be ideal for autumn, but it would be work drinking any time of year."
