Very spice and not getting the sweetness. Some caramel

Slight tequila on the nose initially. Peaty. Lemon. Briny. Sweet and peaty

Bitter, lemon

Versus the notable Islay legends, this falls short. Still, there may be some value here, and the dominant peat/medicinal qualities are supported by an alluring caramel, nougat like aspect which will hold your interests. Not exciting though not without merits.

Not as much smoke. A little too sweet

Strong pear up front with a light sweet backend kinda a bite
