Tasting Notes
"The aroma is what would happen if buttered toast was made on a stick at a beach bonfire as popcorn is prepared for the next course with plenty of kelp in the sand nearby. Palate echos some of the these elements, but the smoky/brininess is well integrated with the maltiness, with flavors akin to a freshly charcoal grilled salty pretzel from an old school streetcart with a touch of bittersweet chocolate and orange rind. The finish is well balanced between sweet burning leaves-like smoke, brine, spice, malty richness and cocoa, though there's a bit of a burn. "
