"Salted caramel leads on the nose, with peat smoke, tropical fruits including papaya and mango, grass, and well-worn leather. The palate kicks off with sea spray before revealing bitter dark chocolate, spice, peat, stewed fruits, and bright bits of citrus. A tauntingly smooth finish offers charcoal, oak, peat, seashell, and more salt, though it never overpowers."
