Prologue Blended Malt Batch 2 (Chapter 7)

An elegant, small batch blend of Speyside & Highland Single Malts that were aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. The Whiskies are aged between 4 & 8 years with 6,000 bottles being released at 47% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, fruits, flowers, wood & spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of barley, green apples, stewed apricots, lemon curd, cane sugar, caramel drops, white pepper, winter spices & spring flowers; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of peppery malt, lemonade, dark roasted coffee & foamy seaweed. [Flaviar] Has a buttery and spicy note with a vanilla undertone.

Smells of honey and fruit, tastes like they had an accident in the kitchen

Not a big scotch fan but smoother and less peat than expecting

Not a scotch guy. But decent.

Sweetened grain on the nose. Taste is sweet and warm, with a slightly bitter finish
