"The aroma begins with light caramel and ethyl alcohol notes, sweet grass, roasted nuts, pepper, and spices which manifest along with a mineral pop. The first sip delivers honeyed vanilla, and brown sugar. Additional sips reveal cantaloupe along with the spice and pepper found in the aroma. Oak tannins appear lingering with alcohol revealing notes of char and earthy minerals, which combine and fade into a long finish."
