Puncher's Chance The Undisputed Single Barrel Bourbon comes from Eugene, Oregon's Wolf Spirit. This single barrel Kentucky Straight bourbon is a bottling of five to six year old whiskey with a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% barley. It is bottled at near cask proof at 108 proof.

Tasting Notes
"Without added water, the nose isn't too aromatic. But you'll still find some dark spices, pencil shavings and some dark cherry. The bourbon has an average body and provides a warmth with the alcohol. The flavors lean bittersweet and it sticks around for a decent amount of time. Not a chore to drink neat, but a little water brings out some honey covered toasted bread as well as some caramel. It also just brightens the bourbon overall.
