Pure Kentucky XO

For the budget it is an awesome bottle. Heavy spice and pepper with some almost old school cream candy in there. To be fair I was more particular to the 2020 batches id had compared to 2022. 2020 was heavier on toffee and sugar where as 2022 kicked up the spice.

Medicinal & Hot. Not too much appealing here

Very Blanton’s-esque but without the oak to back it up. Little burn but still somehow hot on the nose. Candy corn, chalk, thin. Not bad for the price but would take Old Bardstown Bottles in Bond over this any day - and generally cheaper.
