Elegant and refined, fairly sweet, with raisins, sherry, baking spices, and a bit of cherry appearing on my palette. Dareringer was my favorite in the flight I had at Rabbit Hole’s Overlook bar in Louisville—other than their truly eye-opening rye-barrel aged Bespoke Gin—and I still enjoy it very much today. It’s very easy-drinking given the proof.
Honey and banana bread on the nose. Caramel and sherry vie for the initial taste. Well balanced sweet and spicy. Medium finish that is fruity and pleasant.
