"The aromas and flavors have a brambly (ripe, dark berry) quality to them, with additional notes of pine nuts, white chocolate, and a generous heap of woodsy spice. The oily, viscous palate has added flavors of apple cider, toasted pine nuts, cocoa, and charred oak. There's quite a bit of heat, which has a drying effect on the finish. "
