Rabbit Hole Dareringer Straight Bourbon Finished in PX Sherry Casks

Smooth, sweet and spicy, strong finish

Tried this one at friends house, now I'm tasting a bottle that was gifted to me. This one is a dark amber in color and is soft and sweet on the nose. Feel like I'm getting some sherry on the nose. Big notes of caramel and chocolate as it hits the tongue. Sort of a cinnamon graham cracker thing going on here as it goes down. I can definitely taste the influence of the Sherry cask finish, but not in an over whelming way. Smooth, with just a little spice, and a short finish. This is very enjoyable.
