Tasting Notes
"Gingersnap cookies studded with maraschino cherries fill the nose. Similar flavors of brown sugar, clove, cinnamon, and powdered ginger hit the palate with an underlying char. The spice is quite aggressive and dries out the finish, but a cherry jam sweetness holds on to the slightly bitter, charred oak end. "
