Tasting Notes
"Tart orchard fruit (plums, apricots, sour cherries) fill the nose along with strong aromas of baking spices and saddle leather. The fruits greet the palate along with bittersweet chocolate and a strong hit of sharp spices (clove, cinnamon, powdered ginger, allspice). The finish is rather leathery and with a strong spicy heat mixing with charred oak. "
