Delightful nose with subtle baking spice, red wine, citrus, honey and malt notes. Feels thick and weighty on the palate with all the same notes as the nose, the citrus note turn to orange peel. The finish starts with a blast of bitter herbs but become a slow, simmering, long spiced wine note.

Yummmyyyy. I dont usually love bourbon but this was beautiful - mildly honey sweet, medium spicy, grass & green light herbs, hits the nose just right - goes well with a nice Indian meal
