Rancho Tepua Bacanora Blanco
Rancho Tepua Bacanora is made using 100% agave Pacífica which is harvested by hand in the state of Sonora. Made by 5th generation Maestro Bacanorero Roberto Contreras, the agave is wild fermented and then mesquite roasted for 36 hours.
It's twice distilled then rested in glass before bottling. .

BacanoraDistilled from 100% Agave Angustofolia Haw (known locally as Agave Pacifica, Agave Yaquilana, and Agave Bacanora) and produced in the Mexican state of Sonora. Blanco is unaged, reposado is aged at least two months, and añejo is aged at least one year in oak.
