Reviewed May 27, 2024 (edited May 28, 2024)There roasted agave, a slight mineral note, a note of cocoa/lactic/cheesy (best way for me to describe it) that i get with some durangensis and cupreata agaves, mild citrus, vegetal notes and once you get to the end you get grapefruit, sligh mineral and mild mesquite smoke. This would be a good way to get someone into more standard mezcals as i find the smoke isnt overwhelming but mixes well with the other espadin notes. Nice stuff for my first taste of bacanora55.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed September 18, 2023Light smoke, vegetal, green pepper, little bit of cheesy funk in there. Slightly earthy. Nicely balanced. First bacanora I tried, and it still holds up pretty well.
