Grappa and grains nose. Soft. Ricola cough drops, dates, nougat, charred grains. Moderate finish.

Sweet and bitey, like a good woman. But it has an odd note of fruit (like dried cherries?) that leaves a mediocre aftertaste.

Syrup apple aroma, cocoa taste, hazelnut finish

Sweet on the nose, smooth, apple and nutty

Winey. A lot of barrel. Some sweetness, fruitiness, little grain or burn.

Smells of chocolate, cherry, blackberry, and corn.qtastes like chocolate, berries, wine, and definitely boozy.

Henry DuYore: heavy start, nice finish. Very nice Rye

Pleasant whiskey, some spice, more sweet grain and oatmeal, a little vanilla oak on the finish. Felt muddled in flavor. Good, but maybe not at that price.
